Conscious Hypnosis versus Accidental Hynosis Hypnosis is happening to us daily. Repetition and patterns of speech programme us, even if it isn't intended! Even if you don't intend it for us...Are you aware of it? Will you do something about it? Will you take responsibility? Resposibility for what is created out of us? We are most affected by statements made that begin with "You are..." as we are formulating our self definitions, our identities. Please tell us affirming, self esteem building things like: "Thank you for asking my permission/ assistance / guidance, Yes you can,!" "Yes you can!" "YES YOU CAN!" Empower us! And if you are doubtful, ask ; "Is there any way I can help you with this challenge?" Empower us! And if it is a situation where you think we may get hurt through our own growing adventures, please, facilitate a safe and possible way to do the "dangeous" or "impossible" or "no-never" things we naturally desire. Don't tell us we can't climb the burglar guards for we know we are able so we won't trust you any more! Don't tell us we will break our legs if we swing in the tree because we have already swung in a tree and have not legs that are broken! Now we know not to trust you! We know we are more intelligent but you still demand our blind respect!? Give respect to us and we will respect you for doing so. We are the latest models (-: We are the evolution of you Trust in this and take responsibility for your part in our creation, NOW! When situations are challenging for us how will you choose to respond? Your responses hypnotise us into who we are! Please, with your more mature perspective, guide us to achieve the best we can. Choose consciously what to say to us. Choose consciously how you will say it to us. Choose consciously why you are saying what you say. Please build our self esteem so that we are strong within our selves. Inner strength will give us the power to face the unimaginable challenges the future presents to us. So please, please make us believe in ourselves! Make us know that we are healthy, strong, pure, compassionate, wise etc. ! Make us never doubt the innate "goodness" of humanity! Make us know our infinite nature! Make us courageous enough to never deny the Truth, no matter how challenging ! Make us the best possible creations you can imagine! How beautiful can you imagine ? BE POSITIVE - MAKE ME HAPPY! SAY THESE THINGS TO ME: " You're a wise and sensible person, how do you think this situation can be resolved? " or " Creative potential within is bursting to be used, you are creative; create another solution!" or "You are too clever to behave like that, find another way to overcome this challenge! " or "Trust in your bodys natural healing ability; what does your body tell you? What does it want to make it better? You tell me what you need to feel better and I will help you get it." or "You are a wonderful dancer, thank you for sharing such beautiful expressions of yourself!" and if we are feeling insecue, say; "Come, give me a hug, let's do it together!" For then at least you will be conscious of your responsibility in creating us! And then as your understanding of this creation deepens, you wil become aware of even more effective ways of hypnotising us! So............. BE AWARE of who you create out of me! BE AWARE of how you are creating me! BE AWARE of why you are creating me! Please ! |
